Production Timeframes
As each piece is custom made with care it can take up to 5 business days before delivery is scheduled. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Where Your Artwork Ships From
My studio is based in South Australia, and all original paintings and are carefully packed and shipped directly from my studio.
For made-to-order paper and canvas prints, I partner with trusted fine art printing and professional framing specialists who produce each artwork to the highest standard before shipping it directly to you.
Orders are fulfilled through professional fine art production partners located across multiple facilities in Australia, Europe, US and Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your artwork has been completed and dispatched please allow for the
approximate timelines for delivery below:
Australia – 4 to 8 business days.
Europe & UK – 2 to 5 business days.
USA & Canada – 3 to 7 business days.
Note: These are estimated times. Deliveries may be delayed due to local carrier issues, public holidays, or customs processes.

Custom Fees
For most orders, there are no customs fees because of our global network of print facilities that produce locally. However, some countries for example Norway and Switzerland may still have customs fees for certain shipments.

Peak Season Shipping
During busy periods, including sales events, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas season, production and delivery timeframes may be extended due to increased demand.
If you are purchasing artwork for a special occasion or gifting deadline, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
While every effort is made to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather events, or other unforeseen disruptions.

Every artwork is professionally packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during transit, simply contact us with photographs of the damage and we will arrange a replacement where possible as outlined in our set Terms and Conditions policy.
